"Radio Joey" Netherlands shortwave pirate radio 6390 khz (via SDR) eQSL

I received this eQSL from Radio Joey today!  While I couldn't reproduce the effect here, the "on air" light actually flashed red!  I heard Radio Joey broadcasting from the Netherlands a few times over the last few weeks.  This particular eQSL is from a test broadcast on 6390 kHz.
